USA - $5 Flat Rate Shipping or Free Shipping on all orders $99 or more

Canada - $15 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders

International Orders - Shipping, Duties and Taxes displayed at checkout.

We get your orders packed and shipped as quickly as we can.  We know how eager you are to get your new crystals, so we don't delay in getting your goodies out the door!  Most orders are shipped the same day, but we do ask you give us up to 3 business days during busy times. 

Please ensure your items are being delivered to a secure location.

  • We are not responsible for lost and stolen mail.

Broken Items

  • If your crystals arrive broken, please send us a photo of the package and the broken item(s) as soon as possible. Due to their fragile nature, we understand crystals can break in shipping. Photos of the package will help us in filing any necessary claims with the carrier and we will work with you to ensure you are fully satisfied with your New Moon Minerals experience. 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking information.
  • Sometimes the tracking numbers take a bit of time to update, so give it a couple days to show the ETA.
  • If your tracking number doesn't seem to be updating after that, all tracking inquires should be directed to the appropriate carrier, as they will have much better information on the status of your package.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the fragile nature of many of our items we do not accept any returns or exchanges. However, if you do receive a damaged item or are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at and we will do our absolute best to remedy the situation.  We strive to deliver the very best customer service and are happy to work with you to offer the best solution for you.

International Shipping

  • If you are shopping internationally, welcome! We now offer shipping worldwide.
  • When you get to checkout, you will see your shipping options listed. This is the full landed cost to include all shipping, duties and taxes.
  • Duties and taxes vary for each country. If you are browsing the site from your country, a pop up should appear in the lower right of your screen. This will give you information on the your country's duty and taxes, so you are aware before even adding anything to your cart.
  • You should not receive any separate bills for duty/tax/entry. We work with Zonos to make sure you have a seamless international shipping experience and all fees are paid up front at checkout.

Live Sale Shopping for International Customers

  • International customers can also shop our live sales! 
  • When you claim on our live the first time, let us know you are an international customer. This allows us to mark your order for international processing and weigh your items when we list them. If you forget during the live, just send us a DM right after the sale.
  • Shipping cost will depend on location, package weight, duties and taxes.
  • If you want to get an idea of shipping cost to your country ahead of the live sale, add some items from our website to your shopping cart. Keep in mind the weight of the items you are adding. For example if you think you would get a few palm stones on a live, add a few palm stones from the site to your cart to get a more accurate estimate.
  • When you get to checkout you will see your shipping options and quotes.
