Free Shipping on all orders $99 or more
We get your orders packed and shipped as quickly as we can. We know how eager you are to get your new crystals, so we don't delay in getting your goodies out the door! Most orders go out same day, but we do ask you give us up to 3 days during busy times.
- We currently only ship to US and APO addresses.
Please ensure your items are being delivered to a secure location.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail. If your item is lost, stolen or damaged you can file a claim with the appropriate carrier.
- Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking information.
- Sometimes the tracking numbers take a bit of time to update, so give it a couple days to show the ETA.
- If your tracking number doesn't seem to be updating after that, all tracking inquires should be directed to the appropriate carrier, as they will have much better information on the status of your package.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final sale. However, if you do receive a damaged item or are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to remedy the situation. We strive to deliver the very best customer service, we just cannot guarantee returns & exchanges due to the fragile and energetic nature of the items we carry.
