USA Shipping
$5 flat Rate & Free Shipping on all orders $100 or more

We get your orders packed and shipped as quickly as we can.  We know how eager you are to get your new crystals, so we don't delay in getting your goodies out the door!  Most orders go out same day, but we do ask you give us up to 2 business days during busy times. 

  • All orders are shipped via USPS within 2 business days.  
  • We use USPS, Fed Ex and UPS based on package weight and distance.
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please make sure you have your order shipped to a secure location.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping through USPS, DHL express and Fed Ex. Once you reach checkout and input your address, you will see the options for both services and estimated transit times. USPS will usually be the cheaper option with a longer transit time and DHL Express is the best option for inexpensive quick shipping. Orders placed with DHL will go out the day after your order is packed. 

*International customers are responsible for all Duty and Tax payments required by their country. 

Damaged Items - Worry Free Guarantee

We want you to shop with us stress free! We have packed and shipped thousands of orders over the years and are experienced in shipping crystals. Due to the fragile nature of some items and the delivery process, breakage is always an unfortunate (but rare) possibility. If your order arrives broken or damaged, we will either replace the item, refund the item or discount the item (in cases where the damage is minor). If your order arrives damaged please send us the following:

  • Photo of the package if the package is damaged. This helps us file a claim on our end if needed.
  • Photo of the broken item
  • Cost of the item and order number it came from

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking information. It will go to the email you used at checkout. Don't forget to check your spam!
  • Sometimes the tracking numbers take a little bit of time to update. Give it a couple days to show the ETA if it doesn't show one right away.
  • If your tracking number doesn't seem to be updating after that you can reach out to us directly and we will look into it for you and advise you of the next steps. 

Lost Packages

While it doesn't happen very often, packages do get lost in the mail sometimes. If you feel like your package is lost, reach out to us. We will use our resources to help track down the package, open a search claim and advise you on the next steps. We take responsibility for lost packages, so you don't have to worry! We will work with you to either replace or refund lost items.
